Lady Lake Communities

The Lakes of Lady Lake is a gated community which borders on The Villages. It has a nice golf course and many of the homes surround the golf course. The Lakes of Lady Lake has both per-owned homes, new homes and lots where you can build your dream home. Many of the homes have swimming pools.

The community is Deed Restricted and homes must be site built with a minimum of 1,400 square feet. Home plans must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. There are private roads, underground electric, private central water system and private septic systems. There is a Country club that you can join (optional) and very reasonable golf course memberships (optional) . There is a Homeowners Association.

Oak Pointe is a single family home community located off of Greys Airport Road in Lady Lake. It is a small but beautiful community surrounded by open countryside, yet it is only a few miles to Hwy 441/27 with shops, restaurants, hospitals, movie theaters, a library and churches. Although there are lovely homes in the community, there is also land in case you want to build your dream home.
