Harbor Hills is in Lady Lake, Florida. The community has beautiful rolling hills, views of Lake Griffin and best of all, friendly people. It is an all-ages community with 24 hour on-site security.
It is close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and medical facilities. It is 6 miles from the famous retirement community, The Villages. The Villages has 120,000 residents and counting and is an over 55 community. Harbor Hills presently has about 680 homes with 30 additional lots where you can build your dream home.
Looking out the window of your Harbor Hills home is a joy. Perhaps you will see lush green landscaping, the golf course, lake views, or woods (with wildlife looking back at you!) Many homes have pools and 3 car garages.

- Lake Yale – 4,044 acres (not connected by navigable water to the other lakes)
- Lake Eustis – 7,833 acres
- Lake Carlton – 384 acres
The Harris Chain of Lakes touches portions of Astatula, Eustis, Howey-in-the-Hills, Leesburg, Mount Dora, Tavares, and Yalaha, in Lake County, Florida.

Harbor Hills is divided into 12 sections. And since it is a Golf Cart community, you can easily get to all your neighbors’ homes and the Clubhouse with ease. The sections are Fairway Village, Bella Vista, The Grove, Grandview, Griffin Cove, Sunrise Cove, Sunrise Cove II, Harborside Village, Pine Village, Lakeview Village, Landings Village, and Parkside Cove.
Bella Vista – There are many new homes going up in this section of Harbor Hills. Many have long views or golf course views.
The Grove -The Grove is another lovely neighborhood located in Harbor Hills. It is an intimate section with lot sizes ranging from .21 acres to .56 acres.
Lakeview Landings – This section is perched high in Harbor Hills and many of the streets have views of Lake Griffin.
Fairway Village- This is an older section where the homes are usually on larger lots. Some of these homes have backyards that face woods.
