Job Description
Classie Express Car Wash is looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead our growing downtown Louisville location.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the business—not someone who simply manages a shift. The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the wash, leading and developing employees, delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining a clean and professional facility, and helping continue the growth of the business.

The person we're looking for:
You don't necessarily need years of car wash experience. We are more interested in finding someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable leading people, good with customers, and willing to take ownership.
The right person notices problems before someone has to point them out. They aren't afraid to jump in and help when the wash gets busy, but they also understand that their job is to build and manage a team—not do every job themselves.
Management experience in car washes, automotive service, quick-service restaurants, retail, hospitality, or another high-volume customer-service business would translate well.
