Matick Auto Wash is opening a brand-new location in Southfield, and we're looking for an energetic, hands-on leader to help launch and manage our newest facility. What You'll Do

As Car Wash Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the facility while leading your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and frontline team members
• Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and customer service
• Ensure every customer has an outstanding experience
• Drive Unlimited Wash Club membership growth and sales performance
• Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and labor costs
• Oversee express wash and professional detailing operations
• Maintain the highest standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment uptime
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a confident leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and keeping a busy operation running smoothly. Qualifications include:

• Previous management or leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
• Car wash management experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in retail, hospitality, automotive, restaurant, or other high-volume service operations is highly valued
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends
