Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the team to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service
• Support daily operations and site performance
• Work alongside the team to deliver fast, friendly service
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent wash quality
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage
• Help lead team performance and maintain operational standards
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Complete cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting procedures
• Help manage inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the team

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Mechanically inclined or willing to learn basic equipment troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable, organized, and accountable
