Lady Lake has many home communities. The most famous community is The Villages. This community is for those ages 55 and greater and presently has a population of over 130,000 people. Another community of note is Harbor Hills. This is an “all age” gated community located with access to Lake Griffin which also flows into the Harris chain of lakes, known for it’s great fishing and boating opportunities.
