Harbor Hills

Harbor Hills is in Lady Lake, Florida.  The community has beautiful rolling hills, views of Lake Griffin and best of all, friendly people.  It is an all-ages community with 24 hour on site security.  And did I mention the Peacocks!   Yes , there is a family of roaming peacocks on the property.  You will usually find them near the Club House or near the Blue Top villas when you first enter Harbor Hills.

It is close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and medical facilities.  It is 6 miles from the famous retirement community , The Villages.  The Villages has 120,000 residents and counting and is an over 55 community.  Harbor Hills presently has about 620 homes with 80 additional lots where you can build your dream home.

Looking out the window of your Harbor Hills home is a joy.  Perhaps you will see lush green landscaping, the golf course, lake views, or woods (with wildlife looking back at you!)  Many homes have pools, and 3 car garages.

There is a Country Club, tennis courts, pool, recreational facilities and golf course you can join for additional fees if you enjoy those activities.

Harbor Hills is divided into 12 sections. And since it is a Golf Cart community, you can easily get to all your neighbors homes and the Club house with ease.   The sections are Fairway Village, Bella Vista, The Grove,  Grandview, Griffin Cove, Sunrise Cove , Sunrise Cove II, Harborside Village, Pine Village, Lakeview Village, Landings Village, and Parkside Cove.
